Security Specialist – Protective Operations

Current Valid License: An active SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding license, as required for the specific role.
Proven Experience: Demonstrable previous experience within the security sector, specifically in roles that require direct customer and client interaction.
Impeccable Background: The ability to pass a thorough five-year checkable history and provide satisfactory references.
Legal Right to Work: Unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility. You must be available to work a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends (both Saturday and Sunday), with start and finish times subject to operational needs.
Acting as the primary on-site point of contact for all security matters.
Conducting regular patrols of the premises, monitoring access points, and managing visitor and staff ingress/egress.
Responding promptly and effectively to all safety and security incidents, followed by completing detailed digital incident reports.
Providing a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity and manage conflict situations professionally.
Delivering excellent customer service to all visitors and staff, addressing enquiries and upholding the client's service standards.
Strictly adhering to all site-specific post instructions, as well as Blue Mountain Security policies and procedures at all times.
